Description

Raito is the adopted son of Netto Hikari and Enzan Ijuuin. Raito inherited Rockman as his Navi from Netto, who no longer has the time to NetBattle the way he used to with Rockman. Raito has a love for NetBattling and participates in tournaments with Rockman, but doesn’t have the same natural connection with Rockman that Netto has. Raito and Rockman have never achieved Full Synchro.

Personality

Raito is more responsible than Netto was at his age. He has an easier time doing homework and doesn’t have a habit of being late. He is also more carefree than Enzan was at his age. He NetBattles because he enjoys it and isn’t so concerned with winning or losing, as long as he has fun.
