Description

Netto wears a bandana around his messy brown hair. He has brown eyes. He often wears vests over long-sleeve shirts, shorts, and is never seen without his rollerskates. He likes to wear a combination of white, blue, and orange. Due to radiation exposure, Netto has healing red skin on his arms and legs.

Personality

Netto’s always trying to get out of homework and has a tendency to oversleep. He loves NetBattling and cares a lot about his friends. He's known to be a prankster and has a tendency to either sleep through or straight-up skip class. Netto has a tendency to completely disregard the law when it doesn't completely suit him and will knowingly participate in bad things if it suits his interests or ideals.

Instance Relationships

Rockman.EXE

Netto got RockMan back after the Alpha incident not long ago, after spent months trying to learn how to live without him. As such, Netto is more protective of RockMan than usual, even though he tries not to act like it. Netto hasn't actually done any NetBattling since RockMan came back; he's been virus busting and exploring the Net (even going as far as the Undernet a few times) but Netto's just warming up to the idea of NetBattling again. Netto still has nightmares related to the incident with Alpha. Both Netto and RockMan have a really difficult time being separated from each other since the incident is still fairly fresh for them. Netto and his dad are still both worried about RockMan's state after the Alpha incident, so RockMan has been spending a lot more time undergoing maintenance with Dr. Hikari. Thus, RockMan has been lying low and keeping his head down.

Meiru Sakurai

Meiru and Netto are next-door neighbors and close friends. Their relationship is and will remain platonic, at least for the forseeable future. Netto and Meiru both look out for each other, but Netto is usually the one protecting Meiru and Meiru is usually the one in need of protection or saving. Meiru wants to become stronger and more self-sufficient so she can both protect herself and better protect Netto.

Roll.EXE

Netto and Roll aren't as close as Netto and Meiru are, but Meiru trusts Netto to operate Roll if the situation ever might call for it. Roll has a lot of trust in Netto, though she can find his shenanigans to be on a scale from amusing to annoying.

Mr. Match

Most of Netto's interactions with Mr. Match have led to nothing but disaster. Especially during their most recent meetings, where Mr. Match manipulated Netto into helping him setting SciLabs on fire and then later fighting Netto and RockMan alongside Anetta and PlantMan using FullSynchro. Netto took the SciLabs incident extremely hard and blames himself for it to this day because of Mr. Match's manipulation. Netto feels a lot of anger towards Mr. Match, but on the flip-side, Mr. Match finds it entertaining how gullible and naive Netto is. Mr. Match also has some amount of respect for Netto since Netto defeated him, but he's also annoyed by this fact.

Anetta

Netto and Anetta both faced off at the hospital. Anetta’s attempts and success in obtaining the TetraCode put Mamoru’s life in danger. Anetta believes Netto is a Net Society spy, and treats him as such. Even though she is no longer a member of WWW, she does not trust him.

Trivia

On August 15th, 2021, Netto Hikari said "FUCK" in the chatroom. This is the only time he was or for the time being will be allowed to say fuck, according to family rules.

Netto Hikari currently owns an Advanced PET, with RockMan residing inside it.

Netto Hikari once had to have a button on a previous PET replaced due to overuse.

Netto and Rockman were tricked by Lumine into going to the Undernet and freeing them. During the fight to trap them again after Lumine showed their true colors, Rockman and Netto were able to access the last remaining power of SaitoStyle remaining in their system. (stranger-danger)
