Between BN3 and BN4, closer to the BN4 side, with manga influence. The year is 2008. Netto has RockMan again, but the BN4 tournaments haven’t happened yet. Manga influences stop after the first fight against Bass. RockMan isn’t back to 100% yet but Netto does have him, so RockMan is keeping on the down-low. The kids are back in school.
Follows BN3 Blue Version and tentatively Battle Chip Challenge takes place between 2 and 3. Manga-wise, stops after the SaitoStyle vs Forte fight.
